During the request
Fill out the form and provide the required details and documents.
You will receive updates and the scheduled porting date by SMS.
After confirmation, your line will be ported within 6 business days.
A short service interruption may occur on the day of transfer.
Before you begin
- Check that you are the line holder or an authorized representative.
- Make sure your SIM has an active balance; dial *172# to check.
- Ensure there is no ongoing porting request for your number.
